Team Coach – How to Add Events to the Team Calendar

1 The first step is to open AthPro360 and click My Schedule tab

2 Click add button in the lower right

3 On the create event page, fill in all of the fields. You can make your event recurring. Be sure to put the exact address so you team will have google maps directions.

4 once done Scroll down and click Save

5 On your calendar page you will see your events.

6 Click on an event for more features

7 Here you can delete the event, copy it, edit, see what team members are invited and who has checked in or out. You can also cancel the event, this will ask for a reason and notify all invited about cancellation.
