Director – How to Send Email or SMS Alerts to Teams/Players

1 The first step is to click the manage button for the division you want to send to

2 Click Mail/SMS in the right panel

3 Add a subject line here

4 Enter you message content here

5 Scroll down and click Select Teams & Players to choose the message audience

6 Click Team Coach to select teams or player to select players

7 Select the category

8 Click Select All or individuals

9 Scroll down and click Add to add these to the send list

10 You can send a test to yourself, send the message or cancel here.

11 That’s it. You’re done.
