Director – Allow Registrants to Pencil In or Not Pencil In

You can change this option as needed on the manage all divisions page:

Then you can toggle the option here

If off then team can pencil in without payment on the payment window, this will add the team as unpaid to the interested list

If it is turned on then the team only has the option to make payment and this message is shown. Note: if they just close out the payment window and do not pay, they will be added to the wait list as unpaid. They will also receive your auto message stating they are added to the wait list and their reg is not accpeted.
